I love starting my day with Hero Athletics. Meego is a super knowledgeable and attentive trainer. He mixes things up, pushes you to exceed your expectations of yourself and gives you the guidance, support and necessary humour you need to get through a challenging workout session. Really enjoyed the energy in the gym and everyone was very welcoming.
My son and husband attended their first parent-child jujitsu, boxing, and kickboxing class today.
This was my first time at a boxing gym but I loved it despite it's difficultly because it just challenged me more.
While I wouldn't say the classes are easy for me, I would say they have the necessary amount of difficulty to help me achieve my fitness goals.
The staff is very welcoming and they have so many different amenities.
They get both a jiu jitsu class AND a kickboxing class during the day plus the water park or other local parks.
Very nice people with a clean and comfortable environment.
It's a challenging but accessible workout, especially if you're like me and getting your fitness routine back.
This local gym offers great weightlifting and circuit classes on ClassPass.
