Great program it is not very often your area has a world champion instructor and even less do we see that instructor teaching every class but that is what happens at GFMA. The instructors are excellent with beginner students and more experienced students. It is perfect for recreational or competitive martial arts. As soon as you come in they make you feel welcomed and part of a family. The instructors give everything in every class, they go all out to make sure every student enjoys themselves and succeeds. My daughter (8) has been attending for 5 months and really enjoys the classes and sensei Nathan and Sophie.
We love the staff, helpers and how we can pick which day / time to go to.
And we all feel great being part of a team that is doing such amazing work in and outside of the studio.
I highly recommend this martial arts studio to anyone looking for a great workout!
This class has help my son lots, helps him use his energy in a positive way.

I dont know how they do it, but they connect with every student and interact with each parent.
