Sentiment Analysis
Gratitude is my favorite place in Salmon Arm, like an old friend.
I brought a friend and as much as we both found the class difficult, we immediately talked about coming back another time.
Erin was a great instructor and the infrared is a unique twist to practice!
The classes always challenge me in some way (except the Yin & Nidra, that one's pure blissful relaxation) and after a few years I can see improvements in my strength, flexibility and muscle tone.
I really the studio with windows overlooking trees, the teacher Cate who emanated calmness, and music that matched the flow.
Amazing culture and atmosphere.
Or partake on a Saturday morning class hit up the farmers market steps away and grab an amazing cappuccino at the Still food vegan restaurant just down the street.
Kate and Erin are always friendly and have a big smile to offer and a hug if you’re into it
The space and teacher were so welcoming, friendly, helpful, and non-judgemental for a newbie like me.
The instructors are incredible, the studio is gorgeous and they offer an amazing range of classes.
