
Classes run throughout the week, both online and in person. Check the schedule to find the class that is right for you, most classes are suited to a variety of levels from Restorative Yoga to Vinyasa Flow. In all my classes, I work with classical yoga techniques as well as employing modern tools of personal autonomy (trauma informed approach), neurology, & physiology for optimal mental health and wholesome movement.
