Elevate Yoga

I recently took my first class at Elevate Yoga with Anastasiya, I returned for more of her classes and absolutely loved them.

While holding stretches I was overcompensating so as to not touch the people next to me and to avoid the person's foot in front of me an inch away from my matt and head.

But I stopped going because there is one mid-aged guy who makes super weird and loud noise during class, like a super heavy breath + almost snore sound.

If your a shift worker and a parent the membership isn’t really worth it unless you join during a promotion.

Once an issue came up with a guideline I didn’t understand in my membership contract and the problem was solved so effortlessly on behalf of the studio.

I signed up for the yogi $60 and my first class was Go with the Flow on a Saturday afternoon with Logan Kitchener and honestly after taking her class I wanted to sign a monthly membership.

Bikram yoga here is the best exercise experience you can ever imagine having.

Highly recommend getting the New Yogi pass for people that want to try it out!

The space is peaceful and they offer a variety of classes for all levels.
