Fun group, great facilities
A great group of coaches that are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive!
I even have the opportunity to do this with my son, who has grown so much within this amazing community.

Thanks to the dedicated coaching staff, I've witnessed significant improvements in my strength and endurance over the last 8 years.
Crossfit may sound intimidating (and at it's highest levels, it is), but it is something that can be scaled to anyone's ability level and Crossfit Leduc is a place that supports and builds up its members at all points of their fitness journey.
