My only feedback would be that the music was a bit loud and the classroom was cramped with our mats too close to one another.
One of the best studios in Toronto
Makes it that much easier to show up and take some time for yourself.
She is formally educated in healing and the name Magic Hour rings true for your experience.
Unfortunately for me this studio is a little too far away to become regular place for me to practice but I will definitely make a point of travelling there as a treat.
I fell in love with this studio instantly.
