Absolutely loved every second of it
He clearly does this work for the passion of teaching and passing on the wisdom to truly make an impact.
Most of all, the meditation practices over the 8 weeks have built up my ability to practice in silence for short or long periods of time, with immediate effects (meditating is incredible for your focus).
I gained many new insights and received great takeaways that I can use in the practice of life.
Not only have I deepened my personal practice and learned many skills that I can share with others, I have created friendships though an experience that, while online, has bonded us for life.
This course is a must for anyone who wants to go deeper into their meditation practice, or for anyone who wants to start one.
I am relatively new to meditation (only been meditating for over a year and half) and I am much more grounded in my practise and the understanding of the practise, since I completed the program.
I participated in the online silent retreat in July 2023 led by Kasim Al-Mashat and Bob Stahl and am so glad I did.
Update: Since my first review I have completed Laughter Yoga Leader Training with Dr Kasim and a 5 Day Silent Retreat with Dr Kasim and Dr Bob Stahl.
