My trainer, Andre, is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and attentive, always choosing the right exercises for what is most beneficial at the time, making sure I'm performing them correctly and safely.

Ryan and his knowledgeable team are committed to continuous learning and lead by example with a research based approach to fitness, nutrition and all around wellbeing.

Outside of being a classy joint dedicated to working with you on your goals - the education and the skill it takes to have a trainers understand what your specific body type needs is definitely unique to this facility.

That being said, when Luc has had to cancel a workout (a rare occurrence) he always gives the option of an alternate trainer, and I can say that the rest of the trainers with Body Architects are exceedingly good as well.

I've been working out for decades but I learn something new about how to properly move my body in every session I have there.

Throughout the pandemic, Cam has always gone above and beyond to adapt to my comfort levels.

Very welcoming when your in the gym, and extremely accommodating for training during Covid.

Flexibility to my erratic schedule has been a major plus in working with Luc and the other trainers, highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their energy and mental wellness.

Very flexible with my schedule and current home setup (which is none) in regards to the custom workout plan they gave me.
