Morgan’s ability to remember everybody and make you feel like you belong is the reason I keep coming back!
In combination with taking the amazing Barre and Pilates strengthening workouts at the studio, incorporating this therapy has helped with relieving my inflammation and chronic arthritic lower back and improving my overall well being.
I have enjoyed going to barre west, all of the instructors are so friendly, and i have enjoyed the atmosphere.
