Since 2007, Alpha MMA has been offering Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes in Carleton Place, Ontario. We prioritize proper technique and execution over power and speed. We believe that Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu has benefits on and off the mats and we encourage all of our students to take what they learn at Alpha MMA and apply it in their every day lives.

The coaches do a great job not just at teaching great martial arts techniques but also enabling you to improve as a person and take lessons learned here and apply them elsewhere in life.
