I was introduced to Adore Your Core Pilates by a friend, and I am so glad that I was! Shayna has an uncanny ability to make you feel comfortable and at ease and still challenged. She makes Pilates accessible and meets you where you are. Everything is scalable—she gives you varying degrees of difficulty, so if you feel like a challenge, or perhaps you can't give 100% that day, you still come away with a great workout. I always feel challenged and supported at the same time. I can't say enough good things about Shayna and Adore Your Core Pilates classes! It's a highlight of my week. .. and I hate when I miss a class.
