During my career I have taught many different types of fitness classes as well as training other instructors in the industry. Through my classes and one-on-one training I have helped thousands of people achieve their fitness goals. I have been involved in and studied sports my whole life and am passionate about fitness. I have played competitive hockey and tennis throughout my life. In addition, I have trained university level athletes to help them achieve top physical conditioning in order to qualify for scholarships.

The Bootcamps are varied and always challenging.
A fun, engaging, and challenging workout in a group environment.
Alex will kick your butt in shape, make you sweat and curse through it all.
I really like the variety of the workouts.
As I was 7-8 months pregnant during the time I attended his boot camp, he made sure to provide me with lots of moderations to make sure I was able to participate without causing any injuries, and still get a challenging workout in.
Never gets boring or repetitive Alex always keep it fun and challenging!
Alex changes it up constantly, and offers you challenges every week that help with strength, cardio, and flexibility.
