He got back to me immediately (having remembered me after all that time) and he suggested one person that he would trust to be up on the fitness/menopause research, or he could do it virtually, as technology had improved to allow for remote personal training.
It leaves me with peace throughout the day and has also helped me cope with stress and anxiety.
I’ve been a member at so many different yoga studios and gyms over the years and have truly found my favourite 🙏 The owners, Nicky and Gareth (and all of the instructors), are so friendly and true professionals!
Both Nicky and Gareth have over 20 years in the industry and they are extremely knowledgeable about fitness.
The Nock Academy has an amazing variety of classes and timing that help me to prioritize exercise – you can always find something to fit your schedule.
That level of fitness is only possible because of the support and fun I have during my workouts with the Nock Academy, where I am part of a great community.
She adds lots of helpful cues and modifications to meet you where you are at that day.
Nicky and Gareth are great- offer a wide range of classes, varied schedule, online and/or in person, and good for all levels.
Pleased that she came with all the relevant equipment for the CPR mannequins including face shields and compatible plastic bags to simulate lungs.
She blends yoga & laughter to make the classes a great experience.
