I have done a lot of yoga, a lot of normal temperature and also hot yoga in the last 20 years and I’m so happy with the experience offered at SoulSpeak.
This yoga studio is open to all levels and is a very welcoming space.
Instructors are knowledgeable and approachable, very clean space.
Classes are creative and varied (Yin to Power and more), music is super fun, and I l always feel calmer and more energetic than when I walked in.
