I have been a client of Rob's for about four months now. Training with him has been an absolute pleasure. He has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to health and fitness and that is reflected in his training sessions. Rob goes above and beyond for his clients. He is very professional and tailors each workout to your skill level and goals. His gym has both air conditioning and heating so you always feel comfortable when you go. The gym also has a variety of high-end machines and equipment, which he keeps extremely clean, and sanitizes everything after each use.
