I not only have experienced small class pilates with Marta but now I maintain my skills with her via virtual pilates and have just started semi private pilates with her at her new studio.
Her expertise ensured that every participant, regardless of experience, could benefit from the class and each movement.
Even in a class of 4, she would modify any move so you can still participate and always has helpful information and tips for you to help heal or deal with any body issues.
Training in this way made me feel stronger than ever -more balanced and stable, while protecting my health considerations.
If you join the online classes you will need to purchase some at home equipment, but the equipment is very minimal and inexpensive (can grab it all at Wal-mart), $50 will get you everything you could need for online pilates classes.
She also is very cognizant of any physical issues or limitations you might have and makes appropriate modifications.
I haven't been to this location but took lessons from the owner, Marta for many years in Pickering.
The community she has created is supportive , and she is able to deal with any specific concerns or limitations you have making it accessible for everyone.
After taking classes with Marta I could feel the difference in my core, so much so, that for the first time in my life I felt comfortable wearing a bikini :)
Marta approaches class instruction with humour and genuinely cares for her students and their progress.
