Its an amazing place to start learning about fitness. I've started going to Opex to learn about lifting, since it can be very overwhelming in the beginning. The professional help and advice from coaches when it comes to lifting techniques, diet, exercises, etc. made me not have have to worry if I am doing the right things to achieve my goals.
