I met Anastasia in 2000, 20 years ago! I have attended many of her yoga classes, experienced crystal healing, tantric yoga and now her latest revelation, Yoni Massage. Christopher joined her side and is the perfect compliment. He brings the Earth, the calm, and insight with that base voice! These two meld the most joyous and humble of teachings. They are not glam but they sparkle. Authentic yoga. There just isn't enough room on this page to express the gratitude I feel for their gifts.
