Wonderful class, taught by a wonderful teacher.
Great kind instructors that make accommodations for, or adjust the daily curriculum according to skill level, any specific injury or bodily issue to ensure a good experience for all.
I would prefer to have the softer voice, and slower position change.
Every teacher is incredible and very helpful with accommodations and suggestions :)
From the spin classes to the basic yoga to the intermediate and Pilates, I've enjoyed this as a way to rehab certain muscles and to assist in improving focus and body awareness.
I started with beginner level yoga classes and now enjoy the challenge of intermediate.
Inner Soul provides a fantastic experience with its super friendly staff, great classes, and clean atmosphere.
This ringette team has been going to spin classes weekly and not only has it increased their endurance and cardio but they have had a lot of fun too!
Inner Soul welcomes people of all backgrounds and experience levels and makes them feel that they belong.
