Inferno is a safe space for women to come learn something new, to challenge and express themselves and have a ton of fun along the way.
I had had alot of fun and I absolutely want to take another class.
I started with no fitness/dance background and have grown so strong, proud and fit.
The talent that gets displayed has left me in awe time and time again is extraordinary.
Lauren is an amazing teacher and I'd recommend anyone to try this place for a fun and challenging workout :)
I was worried about my flexibility and strength due to having a bit of a bumed shoulder but I was told it didn't matter and they were right!
(I'm not in shape, self-conscious, I don't want to go alone) This March I decided to just try it and I am so happy I did!
With the support of their instructors I have accomplished so much in terms of developing my strength and flexibility having no previous experience.
I had someone help me get my own pole in my room and she was just the sweetest.
It was dark and raining so i couldnt find the sign that showed the entrance at first.
