I am LOVING groove barre and the power yoga classes are fantastic! It's a great class for anyone to build on fundamentals right through to high intensity strength. You really are your own benchmark of making the practice more intense and this class allows you to do so. Dayna is an excellent guide with great hands on adjustments which can make such a difference to grow your practice. If you're hesitant to try yoga, don't be and if you're a seasoned yogi you'll love it – build strength and flexibility together because they go hand in hand. So happy I tried Groove Barre and was hooked after my first class! Namaste
