Getting back into yoga with Breathe Yoga has been a beautiful experience.
I love starting my day with Mysore, a great way to reset my mind and body.
The owners do a terrific job of finding awesome people that are great teachers and people.
My favourite style is Mysore; Breathe has a great Mysore program for beginners and advanced students.

But nonetheless, as a Jewish woman, it’s below me to give my money to instructors that are open about their eagerness to eradicate my indigenous, homeland country (yes, of Israel).
The class was both relaxing and rejuvenating!
Such a variety of classes, teachers and times in a nice cozy setting with small size classes.
It's been a great balance of introductory work while still getting an invigorating session in.
