Safety is the gym’s priority which makes us feel comfortable and very appreciative.
She includes exercises for balance, weight bearing, muscle strengthening and ensures there is always a Cardio component built into the routine.
She is happy to modify any exercise to meet any limitations I may have and she keeps a sharp eye on us to ensure we are doing the exercises safely and properly.
