We welcome you to practice in our intimate, semi-private studio where our maximum class size is six people. We have chosen small class sizes so that everyone is seen and heard and everyone is part of the conversation. We know that connection is paramount on your journey to Self and we also know how easy it is to get lost in a large crowd, that is why a small, intimate space was so important to us. It is easy to disappear into a crowd and feel like you do not matter. Here, you matter. We see you, we hear you, we appreciate you and we empower you to join the conversation.
