I had the chance to try several classes, pole and aerial at Vexial, Joliette and Charlemagne, but where did I start!
They share an atmosphere of camaraderie while inviting us to push ourselves to the maximum while respecting our abilities, in short an inclusive, efficient, even energizing and caring community.
