Although I'd done yoga previously, I was just a couple of months behind a very traumatic neck injury resulting in nerve damage, so I was scared to return to the yoga I was practicing prior to my injury.
Tara is very knowledgeable and very accommodating of any alterations that are needed for healing from injuries etc.
