Sensei Karen and Kyoshi Mike are truly role models who love what they do and this resonates in each and every class.
The training involve learning the traditional Goyu Ryu art, applications, self defense as well as traditional sparring techniques.
I've been doing Karate here for 10 years now.
It feels good to be around their positive energy.
Sensei Mike and Sensei Karen are amazing with kids, dojo is clean, organized, professional and feels like you are part of a family.
