This advanced training is an in-depth study of yoga postures, yoga philosophy, pranayama, kriyas, meditation, mantra, mythology and teaching techniques. The founders - Rachel and Jules have a very approachable and consistent energy throughout the training program and I really felt they had the experience and skills to support us in every way.
I especially loved the dance parties; from the ones in class to NYE and then a sunset catamaran cruise.
Crystal Rainbow is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive as she leads teachers on a journey to learning and also self discovery.
I am so grateful to the amazing souls Jules and Rachel that organize and run Exhale.
They always make sure to have a friendly but also very professional team either it’s surfing, transportation, or resort stuff.
Jules did a great job at communicating with us in a WhatsApp group chat and was super attentive to our needs and made sure to take some great photos of us on different activities to allow us to fully immerse ourselves in the experience and truly be in the moment.
Rachel and Jules are truly amazing humans, the staff at Soul Tribe are kind, accommodating and so friendly.
The highlight of this experience for me was undoubtedly the genuine connections I formed with fellow adventurers as well as surfing the majestic waves of Siargao Island🤍 A journey so special and unforgettable🙏🏼
