Bound Yoga is a beautiful, boutique-sized yoga studio located in Waterdown, ON. Our studio offers a warm welcome to all who come through our doors. With an incredible teaching faculty and classes for all ages and all abilities, we are confident that you will find a "home" to explore and deepen your practice.

Well kept, everything is clean and they have prenatal yoga on their schedule which is really nice for getting movement into your body and also meeting other members in the community at that stage.
Took the “Welcome to Yoga” workshop and was very, very pleased I did.
Recently, I returned to hot yoga, choose to try Bound Yoga and am having a great experience.
