Best place to train andd learn....
Only been to a handful of classes, but I have a great time and I already see improvement.
Classes are well structured, and coaches are friendly and attentive to your individual skill level, helping out where needed.
In addition to live classes they also have a YouTube channel to help students learn even more about the sport which really comes in handy if you are new to BJJ.
