Nina is the most graceful, knowledgeable and welcoming teacher I have ever had. Her many years of experience can be seen every time she demonstrates a move or explains a concept to the class. She dances tango (and salsa) as easily as she breathes, which makes it a pleasure to watch and learn from her. Her teaching methods are very accessible and have proven to work time and time again. I know that through her classes and by doing her recommended one minute a day practice challenge, one day I will have the impressive precision and control she demonstrates when teaching tango. She always answers any questions I have in a way that is easy to understand and that helps me improve my own dancing. I have met so many great people through her classes and have learned so much. Nina, Brent, and Jalen are friendly and charismatic, and their energy makes dancing fun and accessible for all levels.
At first he didn't wanted to dance but after attending just one class he wanted to learn to dance because Nina makes classes fun and easy to follow, makes you laugh or share some life wisdom during the classes and overall creates environment where you feel good and want to go back to it.
We’re thinking about having a dance party for our 15th anniversary which is next year, and we think that she would be a great instructor for this!
We all learned some simple steps and turns in a fun, easy going atmosphere!
Even though a few of the men were worried that they wouldn't be able to pick up the moves, by the end, we were all smiles and had a blast!
My initial motivation for attending the class was to introduce my Dutch partner, who humorously admits to having "two left feet," to the sheer joy and rhythm that music and dance can bring into our lives.
She brings us together in a wholesome fashion while teaching basics of salsa.
Dancing and practicing with other dancers was awesome as we were all learning together.
We’ve been able to learn two dance style and helped me feel confident getting on the dance floor (apparently she’s a magician too).
Nina is not only teaching salsa, bachata, and tango classes, but creating a community where people want to actively learn something new and learn something about themselves.
